Luis Rigales

Luis Rigales, MD is a graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and the Program Director for the CHRISTUS St. Vincent Family Medicine Residency Program.  Dr. Rigales is the current Medical Director for the CSV Family Medicine Center. Dr. Rigales completed his residency at the University of California San Francisco affiliated Salinas Family Medicine Residency Program. He was the Associate / Academic Director for the residency program based out of La Familia Medical Center for four years before accepting his position as Program Director. Dr. Rigales is committed to the academic excellence of the residency and has a strong background in faculty development and curriculum development. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine Educational Leadership Fellowship. He is a native New Mexican, fluent in Spanish, married with three boys and a girl and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
