NMHR 26th Provider Retreat – Exhibitors

GENERAL INFORMATION:

NMHR invites your participation at our Retreat to be held at the Sagebrush Inn & Suites in Taos, NM on June 8-9, 2018. This continuing education event attracts primary healthcare providers who stay for the entire event. Last year we had approximately 145 health professionals in attendance, including physicians, dentists, dental assistants, dental hygienists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nursing providers, and administrators. The exhibit space is open and conducive for walk-through traffic between sessions. Exhibit space is limited (first come – first serve). Registration and payment must be received by May 31, 2018. FEE DOES NOT include hotel stay.

HOTEL:

Room reservations need to be made directly with the Sagebrush Inn & Suites at 800-428-3626. Mention “NM Health Resources 2018” to receive the discounted rate (limited number of blocked rooms). Shipping materials prior to the conference should be clearly marked with a “Hold for NM Health Resources”.

EXHIBIT HOURS:

Friday:             7:00am – 3:30pm

Saturday:       7:00am – 1:00pm

Set Up & Dismantling:

Set Up:             Thursday, June 7, 3:00pm-6:00pm

Dismantle:     Saturday, June 9, 1:00 pm

 

Equipment available:

Tables are 6 feet long and 2.5 feet wide and include a table covering. Other equipment needed for your display such as extension cords for computers and other audio or visual needs are not provided. There is no provision for making Xerox copies so all copying should be completed before arrival. There will be a $50.00 charge for all cancelled registrations. If cancellation is not made 72 hours prior to event, no refund will be granted. No refunds for NO SHOWS.
